For the month of July it was certainly a challenge. Due to the pandemic, we spent most of our time fully devoted to MLKHP business, however as businesses reopened, I was fortunate enough to return to work. However, it was a very demanding schedule. As a result, we stayed committed to our lunch program on Saturdays, but had to suspend our breakfast program on Tuesdays. Though it wasn’t ideal, we stepped up our output and expanded our route to encompass new locations. Throughout the month we simply stayed the course, which allowed us to remain consistent and and relevant in the lives of our friends. With August here now, we are looking forward to returning to our breakfast program while still growing our lunch program! Here’s a brief look back at our journey thru the month of July 2021!
