Today was ultimately a very rough day. We went out into the streets of Vallejo with hot oatmeal breakfasts, fruit, boiled eggs, granola bars, and graham crackers. It was such a wonderful day of service, and then it took a sad turn. After we noticed a cat laying in the street that had obviously been struck by a car. Knowing that it would most certainly be struck again, we immediately stopped and gathered it up. After our third attempt to get help, we were able to leave him in professional care. Unfortunately, the little guy didn’t make it, as he passed away shortly after being sedated. We took comfort knowing that at least he didn’t die alone and in terrible pain. With that, we should all respect and value life, all life, because you never really know when or if something will take a bad turn. Anyway, til next time, we hope you spend this week doing wonderful things in your life and in the lives of others! Peace and God Bless!

Having a decent breakfast is what we all need. It is a little bit common to say this, but breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If you people are not taking your breakfast seriously, then you are not really doing yourself any favors. I know that it is going to take a lot of preparations to be able to do this consistently, but that is part of what you need to do. I hope that you start to enjoy life.
