Well it’s Sunday, so that means Saturday has once again come and gone, and what a day it turned out to be. It was the beginning of what promises to be a hot summer season in Vallejo. We had to go to a secondary plan in addition to our root. We located our friends trying to escape the heat in places not typical to our route. However, it was well worth it. We gave everyone an extra water, in most cases, and in some cases an extra lunch. The gratitude was met with words of love and empowerment. After we completed what was a successful lunch run, we immediately turned our focus to our town meeting to address grave and serious concerns about the Vallejo Police Department and their practices. It turned out to be an extremely educational experience. We look forward to finding solutions to our policing situations in conjunction with those who truly care to seek solutions! Til then, we will continue our mission to help those who want to help themselves, and those who unfortunately no longer can!!! #ONELOVE❤️✊🏾🖤✊🏼💚✊🏻💛 424EVR
